Casale Barbi can comfortably accommodate 13 guests. 

The main building has two floors: on the ground floor there is a double bedroom with a private bathroom, a twin bedroom, a bathroom, a large fully equipped kitchen, a dining room and a spacious living room. 

On the first floor there are other bedrooms: a double bedroom with a private bathroom with bathtub, a single room, a double bedroom and a bathroom with bathtub. 

Connected to the main building, there is a smaller annexe with a double bedroom, a bathroom, a double sofa bed in the living room and a small kitchen. 

The villa is additionally equipped with parking, TV, wifi, heating and fans. 

The villa is located within a very short distance to downtown of Velletri, and it’s walking distance to the train station and to the main shops.
Velletri is a historical village of the Castelli Romani, and is the ideal place for those looking for a relaxing, green, but also cultural and fun solution, given its proximity to Rome and the sea.
